George Derby Centre is a 300-bed Intermediate Care facility providing residential care to all seniors in the community we provide 24 hour nursing care and activities of daily living which are individualized to the unique needs of each resident in a safe home like environment.

We also offer a variety of recreation, programs which include but not limited to,
Music therapy, gardening, sensory therapy, baking, short stories, creative art programming, entertainment and community outings

All our beds are publicly funded and access through the Fraser Health Authority. The Home Health Service Line staff will be able to refer you to the right resources to begin the eligibility process. They can be reached at 1.855.412.2121
